Hiking in the Fanes-Sennes-Prags Nature Park, in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites
The certified hiking village of La Val offers its guests four themed trails: the "Tru de Paisc" village trail; the "Tru de meditaziun" meditation path; the "Roda dles Viles" hamlet route; the "Tru di Pra" mountain meadow path, which leads to the Armentara and to the Rit meadows, which are particularly popular because of their flowerage. Longer walks lead to the Zehner (3026 m), the Neuner (2968 m) and the Kreuzkofel (2917 m), the summit of the Heiligkreuzkofelgruppe, and over the Antonijoch to Fanes and La Varella chalet on the Kleinfanes Alm, in the heart of the Fanes-Sennes-Prague Nature Park.
